How Can severe Dizziness Along With Cough Be Treated?

I m having a problem with being dizzy and or light headed mainly wyhen I move about,if I stay still no problem, It started out with coughing and blowing my nose, but that has pretty well past, I can t seem tp shake the dizzness.. I feel good otherwise.

Hello,
This might be due to a viral infection you have gone through- sometimes it causes the part of the ear that deal with the balance to be affected.
In this case labirinthitis might be the case. This goes with time
Sometimes precipitates in the fluids (otolyths) might be the cause and is called BPPV- in this case some manouver to remove the precipitates might help (Dix- Hallpike manouver)
